Not only have I changed my lifestyle completely, but I have become passionate about exercise and healthy eating. I love to cook, and I love to learn about the body. Jumping jacks are an awesome cardiovascular exercise! They’re easy, so anyone can do them. They get the heart rate up pretty fast and are good for increasing cardiovascular health. Not to mention they pack a serious calorie burn! But doing only 100 at a time or 500 jumping jacks spread out throughout the day isn’t really helping you. The key is to sustain an elevated heart rate for an extended amount of time. So here’s a challenge I’ve come up with. Build your endurance until you can do 20min of jumping jacks (not including rest time). By the time you’re done, you will have killer calves! That’s a promise! Good luck and happy jumping!

Woooow, cut those calories in half and that’s the real amount of calories you’ll burn. I’m tired of people just bullshitty calorie expenditures. Do your research.
