I'm not your average 'weight' of a 15 year old girl, so i'm going to do something about it! This is my loosing weight tumblr! Basically i need to be at my goal weight of 60 Kilos by new years 2012 (I'm now 92 Kilos. If you want to help me with this then you can write the following in my ASK:
Plank = plank for 30 seconds
Run=I'll run up my street and back (It's a big street)
Sit Ups=I'll do 25 sit ups
Arms= I'll hold up 5KGS in the air above my head for 3 minutes
Arms2=10 push ups
Butt/thighs=10 Squats and 10 lunges
